Hola Mario, thank you for your interest! Daniela's voice is indeed not that well audible here, but putting her many explanations of 75 minutes of teaching into a brief caption would be quite challenging for me. At least I have added now a short definition of the apilado technique to the info. Hopefully you will feel a little inspired or at least entertained by the videos anyway!
