Even now, in 2011 we have hit an all time high of almost 30% according to an HR Newswatch report. I work in the Employment Industry and have seen a massive decline in the amount of jobs here in the US. However, it seems to be moving to a global market when it comes to opportunities. My how times have changed in the last 15 years.
