I dont know the current situation but he was caught with steroids last year. That may have changed recently though !

silvio does have thick and full muscle bellies, but i wouldnt say there even near as good as phil heaths

He's not with Milos anymore and Hide is banned from the US. Silvio, although he has possibly the thickest muscle bellies in the sport seriously needs lat width and thickness.
