The invasion of Iraq was a grand strategic failure... Why didn't the Americans invade Saudi Arabia or Somalia (places ridden with extremism) instead, or focus more on rural Afghanistan and Pakistan? Why did the foolish Americans open another wound, letting all the terrorist maggots and insects come in? If America did not invade Iraq, then the Iraqis could be America's allies in the more volatile parts of the Middle East, (And the terrorists never would've had the chance to infect Iraq).
