Just because there is concern with animals does not mean there isn't attention to all exploitation - It's all related.... what a society permits in it's mistreatment of animals - reflects in the way we treat each other. Racism, sexism and speciesism is all inter-connected. The generosity of rights must be extended to all living beings in order to be a consistant moral code.

it is a question about ethics. Once we go vegan or vegetarian certain go raw and it becomes

a question of wearing bikini's and becoming slim. We become so self obsessed. But it s about

their suffering. I think we ought to remember that we have to strive for the animals and keep in mind that even if we have an ethical diet, we must still do sometihing more to stop their suffering. As a human rights advocate once said'stop baking cupcakes!'

We need more people like these to speak up and speak out against the de-naturing of other beings in intensive farming and vivisection.
