@badazzpresidents23 They're both parts of the same dance only done in different locations, practice clothes vs performance leotards and shot differently, the B&W film is of the original cast in the 70s rehearsing the piece at the Cunningham studios, the first part rehearsing on stage and the third part performed for camera at Jacob's Pillow in upstate NY. But it's all the same dance piece - entitled Changing Steps.
Check out this book by Carolyn Brown "Chance and Circumstance: 20 Years with Cage and Cunningham". Carolyn Brown was one of the first dancers in the Merce Cunningham Dance Company. This book has a lot of insights into the philosophy behind Merce's work (and John Cage's music) as well as providing an intimate description of what it was like to work with Merce on a daily basis. This book could also help you in understanding the dances when you see them.

Holy fuck...I need to be more into dancing. I've been missing out. This is stellar. I liked the second one more though to be honest.

Right on, Merce!
what genius - to have a dancer outside whose movements become visible around two minutes into this lovely, interesting, elegant piece
with beautiful, organic sounds accompanying these excellent performers, this is a fabulous work
