Ladies and gentlemen, we are about to take you on a most epic journey through sex, jazz, booze, kneecaps, lend-leases, Prohibition, lawbreaking, bootlegging, tractors, migration, the washing machine, canned foods, The Great Bambino, The Long Count Fight, The Lucky Fool, Race Riots, the KKK, Mah Jong, Duke Ellington, the Charleston, and All That Jazz....all those things we hold near and dear to our hearts.
The 3rd Period 1920's Decades group proudly present "The 1920's: A Charleston Through A Roaring Decade (And All That Jazz!)" on May 25, 2010.
We were the very first of any group, class, period, humans, and teacher to present. With this obvious, but still nerve-wrecking fate, we still carried on that day to proudly present the blood, sweat, and soul we put into this project.
