Not true at all. Big Oil is solidly Republican. So is most of Wall Street. The disparity in income between rich and poor held steady or declined slightly in the 90s, and has skyrocketed since. Real wages held steady in the 90s too, but have fallen steadily since. And the idea that Dems don't give to charity is bs. Check out Stephen Colbert's Charity drive for Pennsylvania schools. Obama folks have raised ten times what McCain and Clinton folks have raised.
