WOW I have another idea; you can have it for free. How about you mount a speed bag to the roof of the drivers side in a car, then you could really speed bag everywhere!! It would be just as safe as this piece of crap. Is this a joke or not?? You show any professional boxer this and he/she will laugh. Someone said earlier..."why not just use a speed bag... then go for a jog?" (Good Call) Seems a lot less stupid, dangerous and you get to keep your dignity..

its a stupid product.. comming from a boxer ( myself) imagine trying to walk around and do that, the board that the bag is on would be wobbling with your strides making the ball impossible to hit repetitivly.. lol nice attempt but i think this is a no good invention..

@3rd6thdeathward who said it has to be exactly like that it is just another way to workout you can shadow box etc but until you try it you wont know how good it is. The whole idea is for it to be hard to hit it will improve your skills. This is not to replace the stationary bag its to inhance your workout which it truly does you just have another choice

i mean it throws of the bag bouncing off the back board lol anyways innovative but wont allow you to roll your body like mike tyson while you hit the speed bag
