If you don't already, drinking water as your only source of liquid is something you can do that really helps 1)lose weight 2)detoxifies the body 3)clears skin 4)Less calories if you're drinking soda 5) and doesn't contain harmful chemicals like HFCS (hi-fructose corn syrup), and aspartame.

Oh and drinking water is a good skin tip. It keeps your skin hydrated and eliminates toxins through the kidneys and colon.
