Cody: Hey! Can I join you?
Nick: Demi is not here. You can go sit with your friends.
Cody: Im not here for Demi.
Nick: Then why are you here?
Cody: *shrugs* I just want to be friends.
Nick: Cody Linley, captain of the football team, wants to be friends with us?
Cody: Why not?
Nick: Youre crazy. Come on Selena, lets get out of here. *leaves*
Selena: Sorry. *follows Nick*
*outside the cafeteria*
Selena: Nick, wait!
Nick: *stops and turns to her*
Selena: What was that?
Nick: What?
Selena: With Cody. What if hes trying to be nice?
Nick: Cody, nice? You dont know him Sel.
Selena: Well, do you? Nick, people change. Why dont you give him a chance?
Nick: *sighs* Can we not talk about that guy? I dont want us to fight just because of him.
Selena: Im sorry.
Nick: *hugs her*
Joe: *holding Demis hand* Hey. . . Nelena.
Nick: *pulls away* What did you call us?
Joe: Nelena. Dont you like your couple name? *chuckles*
Selena: Where did you get that?
Demi: *tells them about the girls in the library*
Selena: Thats. . . creepy.
Demi: You tell me. *shakes her head*
Joe: So, why are you guys here? Done eating?
Nick: I lost my appetite.
JEMI: *confused*
Nick: Its Cody.
Joe: You ate Cody?!
Nick: What? No! He went to our table and wants to sit with us.
Joe: Then?
Nick: I said no, and then we left.
Joe: When will that douche stop?!

-Jemis class-
Demi: *writing notes*
Joe: *staring at Demi*
Demi: Why are you staring at me?
Joe: *shrugs* Coz youre so beautiful. I cant take my eyes from you.
Demi: *blushes and bites her lower lip*
Joe: *strokes her cheek with his finger* Youre more beautiful when you blush. *smiles*
Demi: *blushes more*
Joe: *leans in and kisses her lips softly*
Mr. Johnson: *cough* Mr. Jonas and Ms Lovato this is not a love nest.
Demi: *pulls away smiling* Im sorry Mr. Johnson. *continues writing*
Joe: *straightens his sit*
Mr. Johnson: May I remind you Mr. Jonas that you are close to failing my class. If you wont change I have no choice but to fail you. It doesnt matter even if youre the captain of the basketball team. Do you understand?
Joe: *nods*
Mr. Johnson: *goes back to his table*
Demi: *holds Joes hand*
*bell rings*

-after class-
Selena: *closes her locker* Dems, you coming with me?
Demi: No, you go ahead.
Selena: Youll watch the practice?
Demi: Nope. I have to tutor someone. Mr. Johnson asked me.
Selena: Okay. Call me when you get home. Bye. *leaves*
Demi: *closes her locker and leaves*

-library-
Demi: Sorry, Im late. . . you?
Cody: Hey.
Demi: You planned this, didnt you?
Cody: What? No.
Demi: Really? *places her hands on her hips*
Cody: Really. Im failing Mr. Johnsons class so he suggested you to be my tutor.
Demi: We are not even on the same class, why would he suggest me to be your tutor?
Cody: *shrugs* Maybe because you are his best student.
Demi: *sighs* Fine. Lets just finish this so that I can go home early.
*after an hour*
Demi: Are you sure youre failing? You got all my questions correctly.
Cody: Im a fast learner.
Demi: Why cant you do that in Mr. Johnsons class?
Cody: Because he is one grumpy old man.
Demi: *giggles and shakes her head*
Cody: Its true.
*phone rings*
Demi: *reads the message and smiles*
Cody: Its Joe huh?
Demi: *looks at Cody* How did you know?
Cody: Youre smile. You always have this huge smile on your face every time youre with him. Like this. *mocks Demi*
Demi: *hits him* Im not like that!
Cody: *laughs* You are.
Demi: Whatever. *checks the time* I need to go.
Cody: Do you have a ride home? I can drop you off.
Demi: *fixes her things* Huh? Its ok, I can go home by myself.
Cody: You sure? Its getting late.
Demi: Yeah. Thanks anyway. Bye. *leaves*

-outside the school-
Demi: *calls* Come on, pick it up Joe.
Cody: Demi?
Demi: *jumps* You scared me.
Cody: Im sorry. Why are you still here?
Demi: Its raining. Ive been calling Joe but he is not picking up.
Cody: How about Nick?
Demi: He doesnt have his car. Mom used it.
Cody: I see. I can drop you off if you want.
Demi: *hesitant*
Cody: Come on. I promise I will be quiet during the ride.
Demi: Fine.
Cody: *smiles* Wait here. Ill just get my car. *gets his car*
