I live in Austria. This situation would be a "Schwere Körperverletzung", a heavy Battery (crime) .
The key aspects would be that there are more than 3 Persons involved witch makes every battery (Körperverletzung) to a heavy battery
This HAS to be punished by a custodial sentence for a time of up to 3 years
If something like this would happen to me, I would berry them in lawsuits. At the sene I would at first call the Police and immediately make a Complaint for battery

fake but still funny and would actually work though.

it has to be fake because all the people would sue them over their phones and ipods and everything else.
