  • lol wtf this was silly pink floyd... you should explain how greying down is done by adding complimentary pigments and appears greyer, but is also how to make hues of brown cause everyone gets that shit wrong

  • @KristenAliciaC25 you mean adding equal levels of true grey to a color to get a balanced shadow value? i have a good explanation by angelo grissafi and a another about using warm hues for the same effect. allot of folks dont give enough attention to art they just want some magical fuck tattoo lesson. ill look at posting that stuffll

  • Hahaha!!!! This was a great twist on your usual approach.

  • @jovino as i said in one of last videos now that the technical mumbo jumbo is done , i plane on focusing on the art. however i didnt make this video , i borrowed it because its the only one i saw about color theory that my subscribers would probably watch

  • Great video.. and according to munsell isnt it that black and white are considered achromatic having no hue, value or chroma? I have to break out my color theory books again now haha.

    Thanks

  • @steelcappedstrength i suppose white and black are extremes of the monochromatic grey so they have value to me.....

  • @TATTOOTRAINING I meant greying down, like in painting terms. How adding the compliment makes the pigment dull to browns with full pigment intensity because you have added no black white or grey pigments. I learned it from my college painting professor and I have tattooed similarly and it keeps the colors from getting muddy and grey. For color portraits instead of using Black for grey-washing shadows you use a deep indigo because it is complimentary to skin tone peachy colors.

  • sick

  • well that was a different ,but cool video man...

  • pink floyd discovered in 1812
