  • This video is just perfect! I wish I'd know how to properly adjust the compression and rebound damping as well.

  • Hi guys!... If I was to do these suspension settings on my R1-08 bike. Do I need to have all suspension settings in the standard position first, (meaning, I leave all settings nor hard nor soft?) or do I need to make all settings at super soft setting, before I attempt any changes?

  • can this be done on a rear stand?

  • I swear my CBR600F4 has no lock ring, and I can't move the adjusting ring... :S Can anyone help me please?

  • This is like in class when the teacher puts on a movie to teach us something and its insanely outdated...

  • So do you like 40mm?

  • I have a 2007 ZZR600. The tool kit did not come with a spanner wrench to adjust the rear preload. What size spanner wrench does my bike take in millimetres? I have the universal one but it keeps slipping and it's wearing away the notches on the suspension. I want one that is made for my bike. No more Kawasakis for me.

  • Hmm! Keith only set one fork. It would have been better if he had shown how to get them even for a given amount of preload. Using the same number of turns would only work if you're sure that they were even from the start.

  • thanks for this post. it was clean and professional. nothing short of great excellent

instruction. please more heplful bike tunes"
