This is the most updated of all my pitching videos as of September 19th, 2009.
Height: 5'11" (Yes, I still haven't grown!)
Weight: 174lb (Added on more thickness to my muscle)
Attributes
Fastball: 82-87
Cutter: 68-72
Forkball (Best pitch ever): 66-71

*This video was taken at a Showcase, which was held at Benedictine University in Illinois.
*This video is also the result of how 2 months of intense training ex. band excercises, weight lifting, running, etc. can pay off.

Good luck to all you Freshman and Sophomore Pitchers out there! Feel free to ask questions about pitching mechanics, velocity, etc., because I love answering them.

  • i don't know, it doesn't convince me though, that is more what i pitch, please note that i average a 73 mph ball... umm are you sure that was measured with a radar gun?

  • @kramer0810 Check my new video, 84-88...behind the catcher view. Seriously why would I lie on a video? My newest video will show you how hard I throw. If you dont believe it then that's you're problem not mine.

  • your fastball shouldnt vary by 5 mph...you might be exaggerating velocity..?

  • @casurfer21 No its just that I'm kind of inconsistent with my fastball velocity. Sometimes I slow my arm down...sometimes I just rear back and fire.

  • i"ll slap those around like a cheap rag doll

  • Im a senior in high school, and I sit between 82-84mph and Im trying to improve my velocity. Im 150lbs but lift alot, and I really am not seeing results, Ive been at it for 6 months. The thing is, I live in Ohio, and we have about 8 inches of snow, so longtoss is out of the question. any tips?

  • Does long toss help gain pitch speed? Please respond

  • yout cutter shouldnt be that much slower than your fastball

  • @elijahking100 do alot of armbands and long toss every other day

  • @elijahking100 dont go any higher then 3 to 4 or else you will mess up your arm and baseball that early in age is pointless

  • okay im 13 and i throw around a 65-70mph but i can only go 3-4 innings out of 6 any tips??? PLEASE REPLY!!!

  • Nice Mechanics.

  • your mechanics are good.. and for the people who are saying your fastball shouldnt cary 5 mph.. just ignore it because you can be slightly changing the grip for more movement but it will result in slower speed so just ignore that.. good mechanics btw
