i am a marine. i was there. there are some flaw's when it comes to letting the viewer be privy to the sheer cut throat aggrression of marine corps basic training...but for the most part the viewer get's a realistic viewpoint of marine corps basic training. i am very, very proud to be a marine. thank you stanely kubrick!
