@antguida88 yeah I know , I mean for fu** sake if that guy was cruel to him he certainley wouldn't let him put is hand over his head without freaking out. I know I have cockateils myself & one of my old ones when I got her was mistreated by the person who originally own her & she would freak out even if you went over to the cage. if you put your hands in there she would freak out & flapp round until she was too exausted to fly anymore. I took awhile to earn her trust.
