You know....it's said that no one knows what killed Harley Warren, but isn't it obvious from this line? "Shall I say that the voice was deep; hollow; gelatinous; remote; unearthly; inhuman; disembodied?" Gelatinous, Unearthly, Disembodied? Shoggoth =D Definitely....

Ah, a song based on my favorite Lovecraft story. I love this one, even if it will be stuck in my head for weeks now. :D

@ghostjustin4 As quoted from Sean Branney's lyrics printed in the Even Scarier Solstice Carol book;

When we reached the cemetary, with our lights and telephone, [to be continued]

You can say there's no such thing as zombies, but that's how Harley Warren met his doom. Well I waited and I waited for some word from down below. And then ol Harley started screaming, 'Run, my God, now, Carter, go man go!' So I stood alone in horror, paralysed with fear and dread, [tp be continued]

@Lemming013 When a voice dead and inhuman whispered to me, 'Oh you fool, Warren's dead!' (chorus). Again I say, I do not know what has become of Harley Warren, though I think - almost hope - that he is in peaceful oblivion, if there be anywhere so blessed a thing. it is true that I have for five years been his closest friend, and a partial sharer of his terrible researches into the unknown. But I must insist that I know nothing save what I have already sung. (chorus)
