  • Ok it was neither of thier faults although I do see both of them being at fault in two different scenarios. First off, if the toll way they where passing is an Express pass which means no stopping to pay for the toll then the vehicle is suppose to keep going but in this case there was a toll gate which I think is so stupid when you have the E-pass. So I guess the guy behind was confident he was going to go straight. Second, the guy in the van probably did not have an E-pass hence the accident.

  • @Johncarson9113 That's exactly what happened. The guy in the van forgot he was driving a rental and didn't have a pass.

  • i dont know what kind of rules there are, specifically for driving, but i would think that if there was no legitimate reason to stop in traffic (and then get rear ended) the person who got hit would be considered to have obstructed traffic, thus losing the case?.....

  • @MrJosh112358 I agree with you 110%, but unfortunately there is zero leniency for that kind of thing. It's automatically your fault every time if you hit somebody from behind, no matter how stupid the guy in front of you might be. It's the same for hitting people. If somebody jumps from an overpass and hits your car, or if someone jumps off the sidewalk and you hit them it's automatically your fault. The 'logic' behind it is that you should be in control of your car enough to stop in time.

  • Why didn't you stop?

  • @xLonelyAspiex Because it's the drive-thru toll section. He didn't stop, either - not until he remembered he didn't have a MacPass. By the time I entered the toll section, he nailed his brakes and I drove into the back of him. You're not supposed to stop in that lane.

  • @CptSchmidt I feel for you mate, he was a dickhead. try though to allow for a 2 seonds gap in the future at any time.

  • Whoever rear ended the van is a fuckin moron. He/She had ample time to stop. The driver should be diligent of what's in front of him. Good luck with your insurance hike hobo, you deserve it.

  • The filming driver apparently has 0 sense of depth perception.

When a vehicle is suddenly getting much larger in your windshield, you should probably slow down before you have an intimate encounter as seen here. You could see the guy was preparing to stop about 5 seconds before the "crash".

  • Can't always assume people know what they are doing, I always drive as if nobody is paying attention, It has saved me many times!

  • That van got the "Go Toll Unpaid" warning. O.o

  • Sorry but his breaks were on the whole time. I wouldnt have driven that close behind somone with faulty break lights

  • Very interesting music...

  • @CptSchmidt but to answer you question part 2 lol you werent paying much attention and hit him
