Opting out of residency in Mississippi or West Virginia, or opting out of public education might be one of the best ways to 'fight' this assinine & coercive law -- especially when the thoroughly co-opted Judicial, Executive & Legislative branches of gummint are so corrupted by the techno-corporatocracy that challenging the system is a licence for it to attack you. Unfortunately, that's happening more & more across the US. Criminals & their goons now 'run' the system. We need to take it back.
