Thanks for sharing this Lilou. One thing that people should know is that sound of gong brings up such a spectrum of vibrations that cannot be recorded/played with even the best Hi-Fi equipment available. The only way to really experience this is to go to a live class (gong meditations are standard tool of Kundalini yoga). Being a Kundalini Yoga teacher myself, if you ever come to Toronto, you can find Kundalini yoga class easily and many teaches who are playing this. Sat (Truth) Nam (Name)

This was great. I love sound therapy-so straightforward, it cuts to the chase & that is wonderful...& I so rue the first day I got into watching., "The Gong Show" when I was a kid, lol! I imagine the wise ones, if they ever saw it, were shaking their heads, astounded. :o0

@ickonew BTW, in Kundalini Yoga "Sat Nam" is used as a greeting. It really means "You are an embodiment of the Truth" (that IS your real name). So, be the truth, spread the truth, live the truth and do not be afraid of truth!
