Arthrogryposis- Arielle Walking- a 2 year old with

Arielle has given me the best mother's day gift that any child can give its mother! She started walking that same day! All her thrapists were convinced that she will not be walking before the age of 3, but Arielle is so determind to catch up with everything that her borther is doing, that there is no stopping her. With every day that goes by, Arielle is perfecting her way of walking. I call her "A walking miracle" !

No cure available... the only thing one can do that has Arthrogryposis is to take physical therapy to help improve movement and mobility.

The strategy this beautiful girl uses to transfer from sit to stand is incredible. It is so fascinating to observe how children with arthrogryposis manipulate their anatomy to lead independent lives, and it is a great help to other parents and individuals to learn how to be more independent with this condition.

there is no cure for arthrogryposis but there are many treatments to help increase independence and movement

i have a daughter with AMC, she was diagnosed at birth. She is 18 months and is starting to take small steps.. i am proud that your daughter is walking at 2 years... i am glad!
