** The rough-scaled snake is a relatively small snake that is about 3 feet long. It is usually a dark greenish-brown on its back with dark bands along its length. It has a pale yellowish to off-white belly. The rough-scaled snake has a broad head and a flat snout. The rough-scaled snake is very poisonous with toxins in its venom that attack the nervous system, the muscular system, and the blood.
