Yes, there is a lot of reasonable russians out there. I would say, most russians i know personally are reasonable.

Estonian language is one of the hardest language in the world with very hard grammar. And this woman were lived in Soviet Union before it's has collapsed (1991) then Estonia has received independence, And Russians who live in Estonia became a victims
