Simple Steam Engine/Turbine - not enough heat

I've put together this little contraption, using 2 beer cans, a lenght of wire, a baby food bottle, a baby food bottle cap (rotor), 3 strings and pariffin.

do you have water in it? if not make water in it then it will work

Believe me, I went through about twenty steam engine demos, animations & real high powered steam engines assembled by armature guys here, at Youtube, but NOT a single one was able to give a simple demo of how steam engine works. Finally I landed on yours & got a shock. I became very happy to see its components :-the steam producing can(s) with burner to heat it, & steam escape hole on the top,against the blade held there & in its simplest form.I saw it working in the other! 100 marks! 4 U,Thanks
