Interpretation of the Bill of Rights and the role of the Supreme Court were just some of the issues that dominated the 4th day of the ongoing vetting of shortlisted candidates for the positions of Supreme Court judges, with nominated mp Njoki Ndung'u, Lady Justice Ruth Sitati and Wilfred Nderitu of the International Criminal Tribunal of Rwanda being interviewed by the Judicial Service Commission.
