This heat came from the former Ygoslavia and had the theme of fairy tales for its games. Here the handsome prince had to guess which door Snow White was hiding behind - the sooner he found her the better his time and the more points his country would score.

  • What a great, great show. So much fun and so different from the mind-numbing blandness of today's TV output. Of course, it can't be made today- health and safety. And even if it could, it would cost so much that TV executives would be thinking that it had to make money back from sales- but to where ? I'm pleased I was around in the 70s. Light entertainment is virtually dead on TV now.

  • People are so SERIOUS nowadays, with no sense of REAL fun ( without alcohol/drugs, etc).

  • Friendly rivalry, infectious laughter and happy cheering crowds. The real spirit of Europe and everything the EU should have been but sadly isn't.

  • this is the best!!! hahahahaha

  • Great stuff, thanks for posting this. I loved it as a kid in the late 70s and early 80s. It showed the world could be mad and fun. We have so many tv channels now you'd think there's be something to have rivaled this by now. Not a hope.

  • there's a right Billy Bunter amongst them..So funny, but he'd get sacked for saying that now!

  • Always love the programe when I was younger. Make sure you sign the petition to bring it back somewhere on youtube

  • I'd love to see a clip from the domestic version when they had a regular game to see which of the two teams could smash up a piano and get it through a nine-inch hole first. Back in the sixties I think, when David Vine commentated. There was another one where they had to try to pick up a egg with a JCB digger.
