Brownie Cookies with White Chocolate Chips

This is a recipe I threw together about a year ago because I was craving brownies. I have never had any luck with making brownies but I thought maybe if I tried it in a cookie I would have better results. I had some white chocolate chips I needed to use so I threw them in the recipe. They were such a huge hit that I put them on my blog. www.simplyheather-mishmawshandotherthings.blogspot.com and the feedback was amazing. I was telling my husband that I hope they know I just threw them together. It just goes to show you simple is always better instead of cluttered up with complicated stuff.
