I really liked how KAT-TUN was always calling Kame and he tried to turn it back on them towards the end but the didn't buy it.

No, really the meaning for calling him that way is that "Me" is for "eye(s)", while "ka" is the particle used for making questions. So in English, it woyld sound like "Look at me!!" or "Pay attentions!!"

i dont think this is the making of signal. this is the making of the NTT handphone CM i think. cos that cm also uses signal as its song.
