ok im just wondering is it a 305 or a 350? and do you have to smog it in Virginia? cause here in California it is a bitch to smog and i would like to put a bigger motor in it with out having to worry about smoging it.

It's a 383 stroker motor. 400+ hp. Virginia has some smog emission testing but I've never had a vehicle to undergo the test. It must not be mandatory for every vehicle.

Not sure if you mean millage, which is bored .0030 , or mileage, which is 10 or less m.p.g.
