@Crochet777 I would tend to agree. Although I have only seen anchor trolleys on Ocean Kayaks, not Hobies, This install appears upside down.

The anchor trolley is simply a positioning device for not only an anchor but also can be used with a stake-out pole or a drift chute. It helps you deploy each device by allowing you to do each from the seat of the kayak, hook a device up then trolley the device into the desired position (be it your bow or stern). Also once deployed you can easily change your position by trolleying the the line into a different angle or position.
