Merill. Cause he's the one who tried to start the fight but didn't want his pretty face to get hurt. Prout gets in a lot of fights and takes his helmet off everytime (ok not sure that's accurate but every fight I've seen at least). He did Man up, Merill just bum rashed him. Besides it's against the rules of the game to continue fighting with a helmet on.
Now granted it probably wouldn't have mattered since Prout is short and couldn't reach Merrills face anyways lol.

Why would he take off his helmet? It's not like Prout took off his on purpose. Ran his mouth but couldn't man up. You tell me who the coward is.
