p.s. Also, remember, that our children model how we treat ourselves, not how we treat them. If you are kind and respect yourself, they will learn from your example how to be kind and respect themselves.

Jaye, there is so much that I want to say. So, first, CONGRATULATIONS on your Goal(s) and making yourself a priority. I like to say that you are not being selfish, rather, you are being selful--so that you have the best of yourself for the ones you love. I am sure if you asked your boys what they would want for you, their answer would be, "I just want her to be happy." Just like that would be your answer for them.

As a mum looking after two boys single-handedly you have problems I've never experienced. But I do understand about being a 'carer' for others who, often, can look after themselves. I'd like to learn more from you; I hope you can make time for another video soon. Much love. Vince.

Thanks Vince, its hard not to feel bad about 'looking after myself' as i've never done it. As a child i looked after my younger brothers and did a lot to help my mum. As and adult I seem to have attracted people who need help, support or looking after. Sometimes i think it would be lovely, after 46 years, to have someone take care of me... lol
Relaxation is hard for me... I have fun and play around with the boys (not enough), but i never have time to relax except when i'm asleep..!!

I can relate to your statement of "getting me back" and the vicious circle you can find yourself spiraling into.
The EFT is something I don't know alot about but I'm interested into.
Planners is something I need to start doing as well. That along with creating daily manifestation goals.
You really sound like you've got it well sorted. Now it's all about implementation. You can do it!

I am putting some EFT info on one of my blogs, i'll send you the links as soon as its done..
My biggest problem is my ex husband did more damage than i realised while we were married and its finding enough time to myself to correct it, between the home educating, running the house and working its a real juggling match!!
Trust me i haven't got it well sorted.. but i am working towards it step by step..

that's a great idea about posting the affirmations. it's amazing how much negative self talk i noticed when i started paying attention.i'm cheering you on. p.s. don't put too much pressure on yourself about where you think you "should be". you are EXACTLY where you need to be. and you know what they say"if mama ain't happy, ain't nobody happy". you are no good to anyone empty, so as a mother you are obligated to fill YOURSELF up.

That is so true and my boys have seen me so depressed and low, that i have been suicidal... they deserve better so do I..!!
