notice 0:35-0:46 it works exactly right. That's the thing about Orko's magic it usually only messed up when he used it to goof off or for an act.(which was admittedly quite often) In the heat of battle -i.e. when it really mattered, like when lives were at stake- his spells actually would usually work.
