Iowa's Senate Democrats seek a state consumer rebate for small solar and small wind projects to help local construction firms, plumbers, heating and air conditioning contractors, and other Iowa small businesses. They hope the rebates will jumpstart these industries the same way state investment succeeded in making Iowa's "big wind" industry the second largest in the nation.     I hope Obama wins in 2012. If not then the Republican president will destroy the Solar energy progress.
