Actually, they use that to remove warts.
I had it done today.
They spray it on you for 50 seconds.
Then there's a white ring around the wart, like ice.
they say Liquid Nitrogen is 63 degrees colder than the North Pole.
And after the cold goes away when sprayed, it burns like hell, then blisters, leaving a black scar.

if that really was liquid nitrogen, your hand would die (frostbites), in fact, you can die by swallowing liquid nitrogen because it instantly freezes your brain.

You're one-third right. Yes, obviously you can die by swallowing liquid nitrogen (it freezes your oesophagus and lungs not your brain), but we're not doing that. The liquid nitrogen evaporates when it hits your hand and it gasses off. Notice hands are not cupped, which would form a reservoir flash-freezing the skin.

The toast is just super-cooled and you evaporate the ice on it, kind of like holding an icecube between your teeth and exhaling.
