Resurrection of the Lord is a bigger holiday in the Church.

The way I see it... the Resurrection is a profound GLORIOUS mystery. The peak of the JOYFUL mysteries is the Nativity. It is Joyful not only for man but also for God - the Lover, who from the beginning of time, pined to be with His beloved. To physically enter His creation, and, upon His return, carry, in Himself, the dust of the earth back to Heaven. Emmanuel. God with Man. That's what everything's all about, including the great salvation story and the Resurrection! Joy to the world!
