  • Check out my new Electric Watersnake update video.

  • I have since made some more modifications to the Yak, Will post another update very soon. I have put in two more port holes in the Yak, along with an electric trolling motor and steering system. I have also updated my Create and cart.

I am looking at mounting the Battery inside the Yak now for stability and balance.

  • @hpiguy

I'm still in the process of mounting the motor, At this stage I'll be putting the sealed battery in my Cart, with connections to it from the motor and connections to the controls. I'm looking at a foot steering system,,,,, which is going from fun to bloody annoying.. hahahaha

  • Nice cman.. I'm in the process of mounting a little electric motor as we speak.

  • Whats the hole in the back for? Random attachment point, towing, a rudder, or can you slot the shaft of a motor through it? Really hoping its the latter :D

  • @spinycrayfish, Yes to all your ideas. Can be used for a rudder under sail, or a minkota motor setup. I'm saving up for the minkota. hahaha
