Naruto's main problem is characterization, you have a bunch of archetypes , and a lot of the characters need some more screen time as characters instead of the bromance thing between naruto and sasuke. Sakura needs to die and all the other females need better characterization but kishi no like his female characters for some reason thats why they are all stupid except for temari because she gets no screen time, neither does TenTen

Naruto is meh all around some great parts and some bad parts and personally the story needs to progress more
