California's HB 2047 is an assembly bill that attempts to reintroduce race preferences in college admissions despite the fact that race preferences were voted unconstitutional by CA voters in 1997. Rick Sander and Jennifer Gratz testified and answered questions against AB 2047 in the Senate Education committee hearing on June 30, 2010.
@Fran Could you be more clear? What "land" are you talking about?
The only ones I see suffering (for the most part) at the hands of another race these days are the countless Caucasians that are being raped, mugged, car-jacked, etc., by people of African descent and with the full blessing of the lib media!
Maybe we need a Caucasian History Month so that all these loud-mouth hate-freaks of the so-called people of color variety can get some truth & balance injected into the picture for a change?

The homestead act gave millions of acres to whitey at the expense of everyone else. Today, 93 million whites are living on this land.

The US government is that "organization" that white people use to give them favorites.

She dropped the ball when she said "there should not be any difference in opportunity...," as THAT wasn't what she was asked.
Btw, whether you want to admit it or not, blacks (so-called) ARE elite citizens, as how else would you account for them having all kinds of programs and organizations that Caucasians are not allowed to have?
