  • Why is there no gravel or plants?

  • @dave8594 If I did my female will destroy everything in seconds so to save myself from a potential nightmare I keep it bare.

  • how old are your turtles?

  • @blacksceptre 11 years old.

  • what do you use for the basking platform?!

  • @nickkyson Egg crate for the platform and a plastic vent cover for the ramp. All connected via zip ties.

  • Their claws are so long.....

  • @GreatWarr Then what is it

  • do not like video

  • @MrThor0312 The platform is resting on the "lip" on the top of the tank. It just rests secured on top of the tank. When covering your tank don't take any risks because ur turtles have their entire lives to figure out how to break it. Where there's a will there's a way and once they find a potential escape point they'll spend all day trying to get out.
