From when N@N was a good channel. Now it sucks like every other channel does save for about 4 or 5 of them. They all show the same crap from the 90's and today over and over. Thanks for posting this. The Lucy Show is finally on dvd and Season Four is due out in March.

Love that little Nick at Nite bumper at the beginning! I remember the Very Very marathons - blocks of shows with a common theme. I miss the old Nick at Nite! It's depressing to see what it's become, when it's supposed to be dedicated to CLASSIC TV. And no, I don't consider My Wife & Kids, George Lopez, or The Nanny to be classic TV. Wtf are they thinking? All they show are mediocre recent sitcoms now, not even good ones like Malcolm in the Middle anymore. It's no longer worth watching at all.

@waldopeppa No doubt our society & the highest levels of federal government were infiltrated long ago by communists. But pointing to Google is not the answer. There's no proof Lucy or Desi were Communist. While talking about commies, I bet you believe we're a Democracy. When in fact we're a Constitutional Republic and Democracy is Socialism. And the ultimate goal of Socialism is Communism.

I believe she wanted Gale Gordon (Mr. Mooney) to play the part of Fred Mertz on I love Lucy - But he had other commitments and that's how Frawley got the job. Vance has said he was difficult to work with. Lucy was happy to work with Gordon in later years - She had worked with him in radio prior to the TV show.
