Overlooking the peaceful lagoon between the 1st and 13th fairways of the Turtle Point golf course, and located in the desirable Turtle Beach neighborhood in the East Beach Village, this wonderful home features a short walk to the beach, access to a community pool and croquet lawn, plus wireless internet access. With four bedrooms and three baths, this home has bedding for eight guests but will allow ten. FIRST FLOOR: With warm hardwood floors, bead board walls and leather furnishings, the living area presents a cozy summery feel year round. The adjacent dining area seats up to eight guests at the table, and the neighboring kitchen has an island breakfast bar which seats three. Doors lead from the dining room and kitchen to the furnished screened porch, which has lagoon views, and includes ceiling fans, a dining table for four, and a sitting area. The first floor master suite is furnished with a queen bed and includes its own TV, direct access to the screened porch, and an attached full bath. SECOND FLOOR: The second level is dominated by a large master suite furnished with a king bed. This bedroom has its own private full bath. A bedroom with two twin beds is also on the second floor, and shares access to the full bath in the hallway. THIRD FLOOR LOFT: The third floor loft has lots of room and is furnished with two twin beds. This bedroom has its own TV, and shares the full hall bath on the second floor.
