@ohmenaja I didn't say killing someone was legal. I said drinking was legal. Once you are drunk past a certain point, you no longer have control of your actions. Meaning you can get in a car, jump off a building, etc. No matter how much marijuana you smoke you can never get to a point where you are not in control of your actions. If you smoke too much MJ it will just make you fall asleep. Too much alcohol makes people do crazy stupid shit.

Like wow man, I dont smoke pot but I want hemp because it is a superior product that could be a multi-billion dollar industry in one growing season.

@brapboys503 and I bet that same day someone, somewhere in the world, preferred a bottle of booze, drove drunk and took an innocent life... That is legally acceptable behavior, but smoking pot and relaxing is not.
