If you attack as stormcloaks can you still purchase from the shops or are the people all dead? Also is there like a mission for imperials taking over windhelm or a diff war mission?

If you had a little worst computer you couldn't film this and you probably didn't notice..in this mission the FPS of the game lowers by 20 for some reason...all my friends and me noticed this when we played

@Yooki97 it could have been my comp, i was running alot of apps while playing and recording. But i do agree some parts of the game do lower to about 20, i think the game needs more patches.

@420chronmasta yes I raged in this game because I had 2-4 FPS when taking over whiterun took me a hour to pass it

@Yooki97 hmm lowest i get is about 18fps but for the most part i get above 30. I seem to have my fps go down to 20 when in doors mostly in small rare areas which doesnt make sense for it to lag there, its gotta be the game optimization.
