first off this is old and not relevant anymore...yes durham is still gutter and more gutter than any other city in NC if u ask me and can vouch for that shit....but durham as the problem that this video depicts is not the circumstance anymore as most of those dudes in that video are dead or locked up...the crime rate drop rapidly after 06 with the new Police Chief Jose Lopez from NY and ramping up deputies in the DPD so shit has been relatively quiet since then though we had our few spurts of bs
