I've been using the Divx Edition of Muvee to play around with their software again. I figure they released some improvements to their software since the last time I tried it. This version supports any length recordings at a variety of resolutions...that is if your PC is up to the task. Mine kept overheating and shutting down when I tried the exceptionally long tasks such as a3 1/2 hour techno diddy. I was able to get 1 hour 48 minutes out of that project (not this one).
I was likewise unable to utilize the two HD options of 720 and 1080p simply because their file size meant a 5 to 8 GB render. If a 1.5 GB file (3+ hours) chokes this machine then there's no way that a whopper HD render was going to work either. Oh well, better machines await a better paycheck :)
Anyways, these animations are recorded at 640x360. Each one shows off a different style that came with the fully functional trial program. The idea was to get as many done in fifteen days. I also wanted to create several batches so I could have the rest of my year taken care of. So what will you get out of this animation? Killer new fractals created in new 3D software, plus some flames for good measure. Awesome techno beats are from Jamendo.com
Tracks for this video may include:
AfterClouds, Automa, I don't need you, Beats per midnight, Crazy bonze, Depart, B-shield, Giedi Prime
Also, if you want to enhance your enjoyment then don't forget to use a pair of ChromaDepth 3D glasses, dim the lights, crank the volume on the video. Sobriety is optional.
Great video! It'll be cool when you finally get all of your previews up on your web site. Too bad that you tube is jackin' ya around with crap ass login hoops to jump through tho. I understand why someone would want to delete their accounts under those conditions.
