can't believe how unprofessional you are! any stylist would not be using a brush on wet hair and this cause a U shape in the layers.. which is horrible! I hope no one pays you to do this to their hair.. I would pay you a cent!

i wouldnt say this is good for design, but its a good way to get rid of split ends or to neaten up your hair if you need to, i know mine goes really fine an bitty at the ends an this is a good techinique for fixing that. Just my opinion :)

just a cheap transient layers, but i dont know many scissors that could cut through all that hair in one go without giving a blunt look.

you never want to cut the peremiter of the hair when touching up layers, and do each layered section half an inch to an inch at a time with your guide
