Rafi - Banda Parwar - Phir Wohi Dil Laya Hoon [1963]

"Phir Wohi Dil Laya Hoon" is a 1963 Indian Hindi film. The film became a superhit at the box office.
This was Nasir Hussain's second production, the first being Jab Pyar Kisi Se Hota Hai. He also wrote and directed it.

It starred Joy Mukherjee and the Nasir Hussain fixture Asha Parekh. Pran played the villain in the film and Rajindernath had a supporting role in it.It also contains many songs of Mohammad Rafi beautifully sung.

This Nasir Hussain film had O.P. Nayyar as the music director, who had previously composed Hussain's Tumsa Nahin Dekha (1957). Majrooh Sultanpuri was the lyricist.

This film included many superhit songs like the classic Dekho Bijli Dole Bin Badal Ki sung by Asha Bhosle & Usha Mangeshkar and Mujhe Pyar Mein sung by Asha Bhosle.............

I was having a very difficult time today at work. I said, let me see what video my friend Yuan post today. It was indeed a pleasure listening to one of Rafi hits. I never saw the movie but I have the recording on my tapes. Thank you Yuan for posting I now have this music with me everywhere I go. Awesome indeed!
