lol, i was trying to figure out what they meant by flasher. yes, i know a news reporter won't flash(and i'm guilty for thinking that) so i decided to find other "flashing" until i noticed the light in the background lol. and at one point, another room was doing it XD

at first i thought the video was about boobies because i was linked to this video by watching some cleavage videos, but then I don't think it would happen so I thought it's about lightening / camera flash, and i found out that it's the tiny little light flahsing that you're talking about the in background..
